Hi everyone! i'm trying to be useful and tell you all that i know about gunner!
I've been playing it since it first came out, I tried all kinds of build. Mine might not be the best but it's what I found out to do the most damage. This is a PVE guide since im not a big fan of PVP but if you have any questions, feel free to askme in game I will do my best to answer you.
I found this really amazing guide from a player on Mount Tyrannas. He mastered gunner and I think his guide is fantastic. all credit goes to him. it is a much bigger guide than this one, it's really in depths. you will learn a lot reading it.

Glyphs:
If you cannot get all the glyphs, either try to get them with desolarus tokens, or get the more important glyphs first (i.e. damage on arcane barrage)

Green: Keen (Use pouwer vyrsk if you run with a mystic)
Red : Spiteful, Focused, Pounding, Savage
Blue : 4x Hardy
Crystals PVP:
Green: Griefing
Red : Cruel, Brutal, Forceful ,Savage
Blue : 4x Relentless

schisma/dreadnaught (order does not matter)
Top roll: 9.3% more damage to enrage monster
+3 : 9.3% more damage to enrage monster
+6 : 6% more damage
+9 : 6.9% more damage from behind
Lucid/Starfall (order does not matter)
Top roll: 9.3% more damage to enrage monster
+3 : 9.3% more damage to enrage monster
+5 : 6% more damage
+7 : 6.9% more damage from behind
+9 : 7.2% cooldown reduction

Top roll : 7% damage for arcane barrage or 15% cooldown reduction on rolling reaload
+3 : 6% damage reduction
+6 : 8% max HP/ enraged monster

(These might not be the best roll, but they are really useful)
Lucid/Starfall
Top roll : 7% damage for arcane barrage or 15% cooldown reduction on rolling reaload
+3 : 6% damage reduction
+5 : 8% max HP
+7 : 6.9% frontal attack
+9 : rduct damage from enraged monster
Gloves
+3 : 5 power
+6 : 2.25% attack speed
+9 : 9 crit factor
Boots
+3 : movement speed
+6 : endurance
+9 : mana regen

Etchings
Weapon : Etching II-III : pumped/keen
Gloves : Etching II-III : pumped/keen
Armor : grounded II/III. Theses are not required, i'd recommand not to waste all your money on these, since gunner can iframe almost everything.

Accessories
I have seen a lot of different setup for accessories, some goes 5 power access with keen vyrsk, or 5 crit access with power vyrsk. In my opinion you are better off with 3/2. Right now i am using 3 corvette 2 galleon. if you dont have these you can go 3 edgetock/2 forcetock until you can change for corvette/galleon
Rolls for earrings : best stats here for any class is 4%max hp/4 Endurance, if rng is not with you and you get 2 endurance/2% hp for example keep it, its better than the other rolls you can get.
rolls for rings: 4 power/ 4 crit factor is the best you can get, crit power is not even an option. On these same thing as ring if you get 2 power/2 crit keep them.
rolls on necklace : 4 power
Brooch:
Empowered brooch will give you the most damage output.
rolls: 6crit/3 power
Belt:
rolls: 6crit/3 power
Innerwear:
12 or 16 crit

Skill Rotations
If you get to a boss with full willpower, use this rotation;
1. Brooch
2. Bombardement
3. Arcane Barrage
4. Hb summon
5. Time bomb
6. Replenishement > Arcane (if reset)
7. Mana missile
8. Replenishement > Arcane (if reset)
9. Burst fire (note that you should use it as soon really often, after Arcane bararge it is your biggest damage spell.)
Don't forget to use Blast to cancel your animation locks, like scattershot or mana missile. you can also use point blank to cancel animations, it's a little trickier but when you know how to use it, it is really useful.
